"I've traveled many paths in life as a drummer, actor and fight commentator. That's not mentioning my experiences as a magazine editor, dishwasher, martial artist and working in a brokerage firm. One thing I've always been insistent upon, no matter what I'm doing, is that I am having 'fun'. That doesn't mean I avoid facing challenges or doing hard work. Quite the opposite. Those things are all part of the joy of living."

Stephen Quadros’s initial thespianistic inspirations came in the form of memorizing, and spouting, dialog from classic movie gangsters, like Edward G. Robinson in “Key Largo”, Rod Steiger as “Al Capone” and Al Pacino in “Scarface”. When Quadros decided to take his acting to the next level he started studying his with a variety of renowned teachers, including: Stella Adler, William Alderson, Cameron Watson, Milton Justice, Michelle Danner, Scott Bernstein and more.
After compiling experience and accumulating footage by performing in student and non-union films, Stephen joined the Screen Actors Guild union and began co-starring and guest-starring in TV shows, with credits that include "Interrogation" (CBS All Access), Amazon’s “Too Old To Die Young”, “Murder, She Wrote”, “Columbo” and “Walker: Texas Ranger”, as well as starring in cult classics such as “Shock ‘Em Dead” and “Demon Wind”. Quadros has had the good fortune to have worked with Miles Teller, Bryan Cranston, John Hawkes, Cuba Gooding Jr., Traci Lords, Esai Morales, Nicolas Winding Refn and Kathryn Bigelow, among others.
In addition to his acting exploits, Quadros also has an extensive background in martial arts (Tae Kwon Do under master Soonho Song, Wing Tsun under sifu Konrad Wallkes and kickboxing under world champion Peter "Sugarfoot" Cunningham), and journalism (editor of FightSport and Kickboxing Ring Report).
Because of his varied skill set he was a natural to become a television commentator, where he garnered the nickname “The Fight Professor“. In his broadcasting career Stephen went on to work for, among others, Showtime Networks and CBS Sports Network, doing the commentating duties for Strikeforce, Pride Fighting Championships and the UFC Undisputed 3 video game.
Prior to these accomplishments, Quadros’s life mission was to be the world’s greatest drummer. Stephen’s band SNOW, which featured Carlos Cavazo (Quiet Riot, Ratt) on guitar, Tony Cavazo on bass and Doug Ellison on vocals, gained a huge Southern California following, receiving radio airplay on KROQ and KLOS.
